What is a credit?

A credit is the unit of compute used for each AI generation. Generating one image costs 1 credit; video generation costs 5–20 credits depending on length and model quality. Credits refresh every month on paid plans, or every 24 hours (50 credits) on the Free tier. You can see your remaining balance in your account dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — absolutely. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time with one click. You will keep your paid tier access and all remaining credits until the end of your current billing period, then you will automatically revert to the Free plan. No cancellation fees.
Is commercial use included?

All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Ultra) include commercial use rights — you can use generated images in client work, products, social media ads, and more. Free tier outputs are for personal, non-commercial use only. Ultra subscribers receive an explicit commercial license document covering all outputs, ideal for agencies and high-volume commercial projects.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — ZSky AI never stores or has access to your full card number.
What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credits run out you have three options: wait for your next monthly refresh (credits reset at the start of your billing cycle), upgrade to a higher plan immediately, or purchase a one-time credit top-up. Free tier credits automatically refresh every 24 hours — no action needed.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free tier is your trial — you get 50 credits per day forever with no credit card required. This lets you test image generation and get a feel for the platform before deciding to upgrade. We do not offer time-limited trials on paid tiers because we do not want to pressure you into a decision.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. If you switch mid-cycle the change takes effect at your next renewal date. Annual billing saves approximately 30% compared to paying month-by-month.
